Schedule a one-on-one training session with certified trainer Ty Hoelzen. Ty is a member of the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) and has 3+ years of experience as a trainer. He was also a Division 1 athlete and pitched at Sacramento State University, where he obtained an additional 4 years of strength & conditioning knowledge.
Hunting Training Program
Our 6 week, hunting specific training program features 4 workouts per week. 2 upper body lifts and 2 lower body lifts. All of the exercises have been carefully chosen to help target the muscles used while out in the mountains. The program also comes with a stability/ flexibility training sheet as well as a healthy food recommendation list. If dedicated to, this program will improve any hunters fitness levels.
