Why is Hip Prehab Important? 

The muscles in your legs are some of your largest and most powerful muscles in your body, but so often, many people fail to develop them to the best of their ability due to poor hip health. Lack of hip mobility, general weakness and overly tight hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, lower back etc can be some of the contributing factors.
